My name is Elyse Gabrielle Trank, daughter of Phillip and Denita Trank. I am a junior at Oxnard High School. At my school, I am a performer and the captain of the OHS color guard, a member of the symphonic band, drama club, and the BSU club. Outside of school, I am involved in the community, including Second Saturday Serve Days at New Life Community Church and other outreach events. At New Life, I am an active member, serving in the church bookstore. I would like to become further integrated into the community through the 20th Century Onyx Club Debutante program.

Being a contestant of the debutante program is an honor and a privilege. The 20th Century Onyx Club is a non-profit organization immersed in leading young African-American women toward grace, excellence, leadership, and higher education. They also help provide scholarships and opportunities for a multitude of students. It is an amazing opportunity to learn and give back to the community.
On Saturday, February 28th, 2026, the Debutante Ball will be held at the Zachari Dunes on Mandalay Beach. My goal is to earn the crown as the 2026 “Miss Debutante”, and I am requesting your help to achieve it. There are several ways to contribute, including being a sponsor, partisan, or patron, purchasing ball tickets, making direct donations, or purchasing business or commercial ads in the ball’s booklet.
All participation is greatly appreciated. Please complete the contribution form and return it to me no later than December 31, 2025. All checks must be payable to the 20th Century Onyx Club.
